Permits, service area, pricing and process — the things clients ask us most.

Do you handle development and building permit applications?

Yes. We prepare and submit Development Permit (DP) and Building Permit (BP) applications in-house, and manage code-compliance requirements as part of the design process.

Where do you work?

We are based in Calgary and work Canada-wide. We can work on-site or from your location depending on the project.

Is the first consultation free?

Yes — the initial consultation is always free. It’s where we understand your vision and scope before any commitment.

What types of projects do you take on?

Residential, commercial, multi-family, mixed-use, interior and renovation work — from custom homes and infills to tenant fit-outs and civic projects. There is no minimum project size.

Do you offer interior design?

Occasionally, as a separate service alongside a design project. Ask us during your consultation.

How much does a project cost?

Every project is scoped individually, so we quote per project rather than list prices. Get in touch for a free consultation and quote.

How long does a typical project take?

Timelines vary with scope and permitting. We’ll give you a realistic schedule once we understand your project.

Do you manage construction as well?

We offer construction administration for select large-scale projects; most engagements are design-only, and we coordinate with your builder through the build.
